Hey gals and gents, I'm still chillin' in TO. I'm gonna start this post with my day in Toronto, and then move on to a tidbit of gal fashion stuff. Let's go!
Well, we started our day today with dim sum at The Dynasty on Bloor St.
It was the fanciest dim sum place I'd ever been! The waiters had legit uniforms! It was awesome! And the dim sum was really good too. We had a nice seat overlooking Bloor, right across from Burberry. But it kind of felt like Emma Watson was staring us down the whole time...

Anyways, after dim sim (which was delish), we shopped along Bloor, stopped in at Coach for mum to buy herself a new evening bag. They have lots of cute bags in their Poppy line! We also went into Yorkville, visited Over The Rainbow and Betsey Johnson. Then AC picked us up and we went to the Science Centre!
I forgot to take photos at SC, but it wasn't really that cool. I was pretty bored with it after a while. It was cool enough though, it kept me occupied for the most part.
After the SC, we went BACK to BBM, so I could satisfy my lolita craving.
And I so did, by purchasing...

THAT! A for realz Angelic Pretty tote bag! It may not be the most amazing thing ever, but it was my first technical piece of lolita brand, and it makes me incredibly happy! I tried to persuade mum into buying me the AP socks, but eh, it's okay. I love my new bag! They had this print and a print of a fancy cake and the AP in cursive, but I liked this one more!
After shopping, we went out for dinner at an Italian restaurant called SERRA. It was really cold, because we had to sit by the door. It made me sad. But we had really yummy pizza, so it was all good.
A few quick snapshots of my outfit before I move onto gal fashion!

So, gal fashion. I was reading on The Doll's blog about the newest brand coming to 109, Minirdees. Now, it looks really cute and all, but I don't think it's very "gal". And I know it's hard to define gal as a definite set of clothing, because of the diversity of it all and the many sub-styles, but to be honest, Liz Lisa has been doing looks similar to that, as well as Dazzlin' and a couple other 109 brands!
Basically, it may have some fanfare at the beginning of it's opening, but I don't see it lasting a terribly long time. Maybe gal fashion will turn more towards that style? Who knows really. The brand president is really cute though.
