Deco & Butlers

Hey blogders! Hows tricks? I wanted to make a quick post before I finish my Balletics assignment about what I spent most of my time doing this evening.

DECO!

Some of you may be wondering what deco is. Here are a few picture examples (not made by me).

Deco/decoden is a really popular thing in Japan. It's a short form for the word "decoration" (as you may or may not have guessed), and consists of decking out items like cellphones, mp3 players, computers, makeup cases, pens, mirrors, and almost any other hard surfaced object you can think of with crystals, pearls, roses, bows, characters and sweets. I've never done any deco before, so I figured, hey, why not start tonight?

I decided to deco the World's Fugliest Scientific Calculator that I recently purchased from Walmart! I just realized I forgot to take before pictures, but I didn't do anything major anyways, so no worries, you can still see the fugliness through the crystals.

I added pink and white regular stick-on crystals in a quickly thought up design!

I'm pretty proud of it as it's my first deco job. Who knows, maybe I'll add on more crystals later? But for now, I'm convinced I'll have the damn sexiest calculator in the whole class lah!! WAHAHAHA.

On a completely different note.

I bought volume one of "BLACK BUTLER", a manga by Yana Toboso.

So far... SO FREAKING GOOD! I'm so in love with Sebastian, the butler (on the cover)! He's so hot! I hate how nerdy I sound, calling a fictional comic character "hot", but damn, if I had a butler that sexy, I'd be flippin' er'day. Fo' shizzle. He's such a beast, and he makes pastries! Ciel (main character, the master of Sebastian) is so fucking lucky to have this gorgeous man as his servant lah! What I wouldn't give! Even to just have a butler!
