Anyways, this post I'm continuing with my A/W series, this time focusing on sweet Liz Lisa! I am not the biggest Liz Lisa fan, but I love how they have been taking trends from this season and combining it with their traditional looks to make a very cohesive line. They don't follow every trend down to the last detail, but they use the trends in their own ways. It's really very cool!
But enough of my blabbering. Onto the clothes!
This is a very good representation of most of Liz Lisa's line up for Fall so far. They are still keeping their very floral, sweet, and somewhat Bohemian look, but in Fall colours. I really like this look because it's very stylish and casual too.
Liz Lisa is stepping into the Military trend here. I really like this jacket, and I think it's very sweet with the pom pom trim around the buttons! Also, fur cuffs would be really warm!
This look gives off a bit of a Mode vibe, but it's still very sweet and girly. I love the tulip skirt, and for future reference, tulip skirts are one of the most universally flattering skirt shapes! I also love the simple colouring of this outfit, with the accent belt and the scalloped edge on the boots,
Another really cute, casual, Mode-ish look.
Here we throw in some Nordic and monster fur! Liz Lisa this Winter is really playing Nordic up to their advantage. It's a nice way to transition from their very Western Spring/Summer. That sweater looks really warm too!
Liz Lisa this season is sticking close to their usual colour palette of pink, white, beige, and brown. They do venture into some reds, and a little khaki, but they are playing it pretty safe for A/W. But I think it totally works for them, because that's their image. They don't need to change it up much, because their clientèle comes for the sweeter styles.
Next we'll take a look at some individual pieces from their Autumn/Winter collection. I tried to avoid picking out some of the more traditional Liz Lisa pieces, trying to only showcase the newer, trendy looks they have been producing.
Although not on trend, I think this is a great piece from Liz Lisa! It's very simple, so it could be coordinated many different ways, but its still very detailed and so girly! Chiffon blouses are really popular right now, and this one is super cute!
I think this is one of the cutest things ever! I don't know if its the suspenders or my affinity for puffy skirts, but I love this skirt! Plaid is a really good fall pattern, because it almost always incorporates Fall colours. And it makes me think of lumberjacks, but what they have to do with Fall is beyond me.
Rider jackets aren't as popular as they were before, but I love the lace and fur detailing on this one! Liz Lisa is huge on using fur this Fall. There's hardly anything without fur on it!
I like how nerdy-cute this is. The nordic sweater vest with the little fluffy plaid skirt is a very cute Fall coordination.
A more traditional Liz Lisa one piece shape; this particular one piece has a bit of Nordic detailing on the chest, and I am so in love with the colour combination on this dress.
Here's some khaki from Liz Lisa! The saruel pants are still pretty popular, and I think Liz Lisa's version is very cute. The chain details on the pockets are very Mode, but the pants over all emanate the Liz Lisa vibe.
Liz Lisa has a pretty large selection of hand bags, and they are all really cute! And most of them look pretty big. You can see they really love fur, and I actually like the idea of having a fur bag, depending on the weather. It's a nice way to incorporate fur into your wardrobe if you just want to try it first.
I find these to be the Winter version of the super cute cowboy boots that Liz Lisa released for S/S. The fur is great, the overall shape of the boot is great, and I adore the heart studs along the top of the boots and the scalloped straps.
Liz Lisa also loves monster fur hats! More often than not, the models promo shots will have them wearing one of these hats. And to be honest, they are quite cute, and they look as if they'd be very warm!
To finish off, these are a really cute item for Winter! Liz Lisa has made these super cute knit headbands. I think these are a perfect way to keep warm and look cute all Winter. It looks like the type of yarn they used would be pretty warm :D
And that's my review of Liz Lisa! If you want to see more, click here to check out the webshop! They have tons more stuff on there to look at, I just picked out some of my favourite pieces from their collection. So if you have any interest in what I've chosen, definitely go and check out the store!
And as it says in the title, I have a question for you guys! I've been really bummed about not having much to blog about recently, so I decided I would try starting a column that I would have to update more often! But then I thought: what am I going to write about?
So this is where I need your help, my lovely readers! What kind of things do you want to read on my blog? Do you want makeup reviews and tutorials? Maybe hair? A dance tutorial or two??? Just kidding about the dance one. But seriously, I'm really hoping for some input here! It will be greatly appreciated! So if you have any comments about this or ideas, please feel free to leave a comment!
ALSO! I just remembered I never showed you my new hair colour! It's faded out a lot already, which is kind of depressing, but here's how it looked when I first had it dyed!
At the salon, doesn't look too red to me..
At home, suddenly its very red!
It's still reddish, but it's rapidly turning brown, but it's still a very pretty colour! (Also, if it wasn't obvious enough, I got my straight fringe again! My stylist was right, it does suit me the best.)
Also, I wanted to show you guys my most recent staple make up style. It's kind of a cross between gyaru makeup and my regular make up, but it is definitely one of my favourite looks I've done so far.
I usually just use neutral eye shadows, but occasionally I will add a pop of colour to it. It's basically just a middle thick cat eye liner on top, with a light shading of eyeliner on the lower lash line, with lots of mascara and a half set of falsies. I've also started to wear a red lip stain, and I love it! I used to think red lips was a weird colour for me, but it actually looks very good and chic.
(Sorry for grainy photo, pretty much all of my pictures are taken on my iPod now! It shoots pretty nice pictures in good lighting, but in poor light, the pictures are, well, poor.)
I've also done some shopping with my birthday money recently, but I'm going to make a shopping gets post sooner or later since I haven't taken any pictures of my new stuff yet, but it will hopefully be up soon.
As I said earlier, life has been really busy recently. I am being really bogged down by photography projects and stuff. My teach wants me to reformat my photo series so that I can run it in a gallery soon. And it's taking forever, plus I have another photo shoot to plan, shoot and edit by next Friday. I don't even have my idea yet! Some times I wonder what goes through my teachers head. He just keeps piling on the assignments when I'm barely finished my first one!
Anyways, I need to start getting ready for bed, since I have to be well rested for Bowen therapy class again tomorrow morning. Dancers need to stretch so much! The practitioner called me "Super Gumby" today since I have longer than average quads and am very flexible.
Good bye from me and my dancer buddies! (BTW, I am taking the photo in this pic!)

Liz Lisa is the farthest thing from my taste, but I really prefer their florals in the autumn. I guess it's because I love browns, tans autumn-y colors XD I think that outfit with the harem pants and the crop tee is really cool. Good for them trying something new like that!
